Position: Functional Analyst
Location: Singapore
Contract: 6 Months (extendable)
Primary Skill Required:
A functional analyst primarily performs analytical duties,
characterized by examination of components and determination of
relationships, requiring the conceptual analysis and synthesis of
information and formulation of recommendations. Typical duties
include collecting and compiling information, comparing information
and making action recommendations to users and ITD colleagues.
Technical Expertise
Knowledge in Java
Job Scope:
• Gathering, analyzing and documenting functional and
design specifications.
• Identifying and resolving conflicting requirements.
• Analyzing and facilitating business process harmonization
and change management
• Propose and present application solutions
• Document test plans and conduct the systems integration
and user acceptance tests
• Plan and execute application deployment, including
engagement of key users and support personnel both pre and post
deployment
• Document user guides, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
and operations manual
• Train users to be proficient in the usage of the
application systems or software packages
• Work with other ITD teams on infrastructure setup or
integration to other applications
