[EZLINK] 3 NG to buy
Hi ,
I am interested to buy a 3 room HDB unit in and around the following
areas:
Boon Keng, Potong Pasir, Serangoon MRTs
Home owners interested to sell their house can pls contact me on my

My requirements:
1. 3 NG type preferred .
2. Build up after 1980.
3. High floors preferred from 7 th floor upwards.
4. Main door facing to North or East.
5. I don't want totally original condition, some renovation
preferred like kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, tiles etc. So that it is
in move-in condition.
6. Must be lift level. No lift no way cann't buy!
7. Near to MRT prefferred upto 10-15 mins of walking distance is
also okay.
8. I wish and prefer to buy at valuation price (although for a well
done up house a few thousand above valuation is okay), so owners
asking more than 5k pls excuse.
Agents pls check on all of above conditions before calling and also
whether Indian's can buy that house or not as a ethnic ratio, since
we are indians PR's.
