These different positions are
IT / Administrative positions
Project Manager
Responsible for planning, management, and tracking the project
activities.
Define strategy on the Change Management approach.
Direct and manage the Change Management Project deliverables and
other project activities to meet objectives within scope, time and
budget.
Lead the project through all projects.
Ensure that formal goals and objectives exist for the project.
Ensure all Stakeholders are properly represented in the project.
Communicate any delegated authority across the project.
Track funding and cost, and escalate issues or concerns.
Manage and resolve project issues and risks and escalate when
necessary.
Ensure sound policies, practices and procedures are installed
throughout the project.
Resolve any issues raised through quality or audit review.
Ensure the overall project flows are maintained on a regular review
basis.
Report project progress to the Program Manager
Decision-making authority for the project.
Project Administrative Assistant
Responsible for documentation and filing of all project related
documents and reports.
Assist the manager in any required documentation.
Assist the manager in planning and coordination activities.
Assist in conducting meetings and workshops.
Assist in progress reporting and preparing notes.
Any other related activities assigned by the manager to facilitate
the work of the project team.
Technical Writer
Responsible for documenting required manuals and guides.
Assist the manager in any required documentation.
Assist in preparing any required RFPs.
Assist in documenting and creation of required procedures.
EMV Business Analyst
Responsible for documenting and defining any required EMV
requirements or specifications.
Assist in communicating the requirements from and to the client
teams.
Assist the CMO manager during the meetings with external entities
(i.e. VISA, Master Cards, etc.)
Assist the CMO manager in any required documentation.
Assist in preparing any required RFPs.
Assist in documenting and creation of required processes and
procedures.
Business Process Analyst
Responsible for documenting and defining required processes or
procedures.
Assist in communicating the requirements from and to the bank teams.
Conduct the required workshops with bank teams or external entities
to define and document business processes and procedures.
Initiate any required training on new business procedures to
selected client teams.
Training Specialist
Responsible for documenting and defining required training plans and
training guides.
Prepare training schedule and agree with training department on
required logistics.
Conduct required training for bank teams (train the trainer
approach).
Assist bank team in their training
Initiate any required training on new business procedures to
selected client teams.
Marketing Specialist
Responsible for documenting and defining required marketing plans
and guides.
Responsible for communicating to the client management, the project
management, and the marketing department to prepare marketing
campaigns.
Assist in defining marketing requirements and in conducting
workshops for this purpose.
Contact external parties to arrange for marketing and advertisements.
Assist the client in defining proper marketing campaigns and
advertisements.
All the above positions are in Middle East region. Package includes
travel, accommodation, medical allowances. Initial contract is 1
year and extended further.
