We are looking for Business Analyst who is ready to work in Philippines-Manila.
  These are the job Specifications:

           Project Description
     Analyst to assist in the overall management of the Global Retail BAM function specifically in the following areas: financial and headcount management, KPI or performance metrics monitoring and analysis, organizational change and communication, and resource capacity management.
Need to work with Team Leads who are geographically dispersed and having different cultural background. Drive operational excellence through relentless compliance to the global support model, standards support processes and tools, and security initiatives while maintaining business continuity and achieving cost reduction targets.

         Roles and Responsibilities:
     PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Manage financials of the Global Retail BAM team with particular focus on the following areas:
a.Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial reports
b.Analyze and explain variances against plan on a monthly basisc.
c.Monitor realization of budget assumptions specially SCR's (structural cost reductions)
2.Manage headcount target by closely monitoring changes, providing reasons for the changes and analyzing their impact to the target.
3.Lead in the monitoring and analysis of the team's performance against the KPI's or performance metrics. Ensure accuracy of KPI reporting.
4.Assist in the organizational change management efforts.
5.Assist in the development of a communication strategy and its execution.
6.Perform resource capacity planning and resource allocation management for the whole global team
         Technical Skills and Experience:
     ·Preferably with at least 2 years of IT management experience or has provided consultancy on IT management
·Finance background is a must with experience on budget management.
·Proven track record on delivering against stretch targets and handling multiple priorities
