[EZLINK] Requirments for IT Helpdesk Agents
Hi All,
We have an immediate requirement for IT Helpdesk Agents for one of our Client in Singapore:
Requriement Specifications:
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in related field (fresh graduate from polytechnic/ITE-Info IT Course with positive attitude will be considered)
Good Telephony skills
Good written and spoken English (may require other language depending on our customer requirement)
Good technical skills eg PC troubleshooting, basic connectivity
Proficient in Windows XP, Windows 2000,
Software skills eg, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MS Exchange etc
Willingness to work shifts
