[EZLINK] Urgent Requirement for Capacity & Performance Management Lead

We have the following urgent requirements for our client in Singapore.

Capacity & Performance Management Lead

Job Description:

* Expert level support
* Plan, coordinate, and support business processes, systems, and
users by applying knowledge of information technology (IT) disciplines
* Train users according to technical, release, and security
standards (e.g. SOX, ISO27001, ISO20001 & etc)
* Understand and apply formal development techniques (e.g.,
structured project management/initiatives, tools and standards specified
by Service Delivery Manager
* Coordinate, implement and install business solutions of high
level of complexity

Your responsibilities will be;

* Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and
complex business issues within established guidelines and by
recommending appropriate alternatives.
* Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.
* Exercises judgment within generally defined policies and
practices to identify and select a solution.
* Acts as a team or project leader providing direction to team
activities and facilitates information validation and team
decision-making process.
* Does not require day-to-day supervision, and has ability to
handle most unique situations.
* May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business
issues.

Qualifications

Your must possess;

*Must have a Degree or Masters Degree in IT area

*Must have IT experience of minimum 8 years

*Must have two years (2+) performance or capacity management experience

*Must have five years (5+) or more experience in managing Windows
Operating Systems (Windows 2000, 2003)

*Must have five years (5+) or more experience in managing Unix Operating
Systems (HP-UX, Solaris & RH Linux)

*Must have two years (2+) or more experience in managing SAN env (EVA,
EMC & etc)

*Must have skilled in using windows, Unix & SAN performance counters to
provide an analysis of the system performance.

*Must have very good experience in capacity planning , monitoring,
analysis & corrective actions/proposals

*Must have ITSM/ITIL based Service Delivery exposure

*Must have Advanced Windows/HP-UX /Sun Unix, RH Linux & SAN System
Administration certifications

*Must have excellent experience in Capacity & Performance
Troubleshooting & Tunning extensively

*Must have experience in consulting, educating pre-sales professionals,
on-site engineers, project mgrs & end-users.

*Must have expertise in various different backup s/w (e.g.
DataProtector, Tivoli Storage Mgr or Veritias Storage Mgr)

*Preferably should have clear understanding knowledge of Network
protocols and firewalls

*Preferably should have good working knowledge of ticketing systems
Remedy Tools, OVSD (WW Radix and RAT)

*Preferably good experience with OVPM, OVPA and OVR will be
advantageous.

Salary-Open for negotiation.

Open to all nationalities but must be available in Singapore.
