If you have a marriage certificate, that means the marriage is registered.
So, a marriage certificate is enough.
You require the following documents for DP of your wife,
1. A copy of Form 12 (download from the MOM site)
2. Marriage Certificate
3. Wife's educational certificates
4. Passport copy
