One of our client is looking for HP Openview Professionals in Singapore
Duration: 12 Months Extendale
Client: MNC
Position: Singapore
Responsibility
Provide service delivery to the required service levels, in HP Open view tools management and other tools.
Process planning
- Carry out installations, upgrades, patch management and changes as required-
- To provide proactive support, through effective capacity planning and change management
- To provide reactive support for customers of the service, and to introduce measures to reduce reactive work.
Requirement
- 2-3 years hands on experience in the HP openview tools: ITO / OVO, NNM.
- Must have good presentation skills and should be able to generate presentations and present to customers.
- Good communication and documentation skills, including command over English Langauge.
- Candidate with knowledge of tools like smart plug-ins for various services, remedy tool and programming
