Role : People Soft Financials Technical Support Consultant
Essential Skills:
- 6+ years' working experience in PeopleSoft Financials versions 8.0 and above. Must have participated in a PeopleSoft Financials implementation, having in depth knowledge of PeopleSoft development tools and processing modules.
- Strong PeopleSoft development experience
- Good to excellent technical knowledge of PeopleSoft, Oracle, NT, Unix and Perl
- Ability to support critical applications in a timely manner, working calmly under pressure
- Excellent problem solving skills, verbal and written communication skills, Structured, methodical thinker
- Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
- Ability to work in synergy with multiple teams of developers and business partners is highly essential.
- Mature outlook and upholds high standards of professional integrity.
- PeopleSoft Technical Development tools

-- Application Engine
-- SQR
-- PS Query
-- Crystal Reports
-- NVision
-- Application Designer IDE
- UNIX skills and experience programming Unix shell scripts
- Oracle skills and experience tuning SQL statements
- Expert Technical/Functional knowledge of
-- PeopleSoft Financials – General Ledger
-- PeopleSoft Financials – Accounts
Desirable Skills:
- Previous banking experience.
- Previous experience with PeopleSoft EPM
- Basic accounting concepts
- Accounting education and experience a plus.
- PeopleSoft Certified Professional
