Welcome to the group, first thing first keep look out for the job adds for Oracle financials in this group. Mean time u can try to get a Social visit pass (SVP) and land here and give it a try by attending some interviews... U should b able to get visa pretty easy, try to fork out around RS25000 for ur ticketing and 15 days stay.
