Main Job Function
. Provide the highest level of client service with regards to any
post-execution issues.
. Answer product specific questions or be able to analyse the issues
in order to gain successful resolution.
. Work with other client facing teams to understand clients' needs
and streamline resolution of issues to gain higher client
satisfaction.
. Meet targets set to ensure client issues are resolved with
satisfaction. Work on strengthening relationships with clients.
. Document issues, own them, and ensure that they are getting the
right level of attention within the infrastructure.
. Escalate priority exceptions/issues to management.
. Work closely with other client-facing departments to deliver,
globally, a customised service strategy in order to satisfy different
needs of our clients.
. Accompany relationship manager on client visits and pull together
client-specific MIS in preparation for the visits.
Qualifications/Education Required
Holds a University degree :

University degree major in Banking & Finance
Experience Required
• 2 to 5 – years of relevant experience in Operations, Sales or Trade
Support, preferably in Fixed Income securities, including
derivatives. Knowledge of at least two different asset classes.
• Clear understanding of processing transactions from initial trade
execution through to settlement and post-settlement events.
• Ability to navigate multiple PC applications with ease.
• Experience dealing with clients on the sell side of the business.

• Strong organizational skills such as workflow diagramming and issue
documentation
• Strong written communication skill. Can compose clear, concise
emails with emphasis on precision in articulating rudimentary and
complex problems. Strong use of the English language, both written
and spoken
• Responsible, Team player, flexible, fast learner, pays attention to
detail.
• A strong understanding of the control environment and the risks
around it is essential.
• Keen analytical skills and the ability to develop effective
solutions, given an understanding of the process.

Skills / Aptitude Preferred
Prefer Manager, but will take an executive with good experience and
high upside
