Title: AS400 System Administrator
Experience: 4.00 to 7.00
Mandatory Skills:
·Bachelor Degree in Computer science or equivalent qualification / University Degree
·With 3-5 years relevant hands on experience in AS400 Administration with Mid-level position.
·User Account Administration
·Knowledge in the following:
ØV5R3 or V5R2 Operating System - Mandatory
ØSAN (Storage Area Network) - Desirable
Ø Backup and Recovery using BRMS - Mandatory
ØJD Edwards support experience - Some sort of exposure to JD Edwards environment
ØI5(Power 5) Hardware architecture - Mandatory
·Experience with some of the following products would be desirable:
ØMPlus - Desirable or Any other system monitoring tool
ØStandGuard - Familiar with Security Management software
ØTAATools - Managing Reports software required
ØMimix - Plus
ØBMC Patrol or Use of Any other performance monitoring experience tools
·Participating in day-to-day operations
·Monitoring the Performance and resolving Performance issues
Responsibilities:
·Responsibility for the provision of day to day support and administration of a production mission critical infrastructure environment.
·Working with Development team to resolve system issues related.
·Printer definition and support
·Experienced in systems server infrastructure planning, testing, deployment, operations, and maintenance
·Ability to work independently, as well as part of a global support team with minimal supervision.
·Have an analytical mind which can apply trouble shooting skills systemically and methodologically to identify root cause and resolve problems.
·Work as part of the IT Operations team providing critical infrastructure systems support for a 24X7 mission critical enterprise environment, supporting the Asia Pacific, EMEA and the America
·Will be a key member of the Singapore IT Team who should be prepared to work on projects, designing and implementing solutions and day to day operations, managing and resolving daily support trouble tickets

· Bachelor Degree in Computer science or equivalent qualification / University Degree
· With 4-7 years relevant hands on experience in AS400 Administration
