Hi,
I wish to share my experience of "basic theory test" for Singapore
driving lincenc.
This test is mandatory even if you hold an international driving
permit.
I took my test at Bukit Batok Driving centre.
The test was easy but pass marks were high (45/50). Some questions
were very easy and some required decent study.
BBDC offers theory lessons but these are optional.
Instead buy a book "ace the basic theory test" for about 10 $ at
Popular bookshop in various MRTs.
If you fail, you can always reappear. Cost of BTT is also less than
20 $.
But slots are not available for months at time, particularly if you
are looking for an evening or a weekend slot. Hence some study helps.
Hope some others will be able to profit from my experience.
