We have an immediate permanent openings for ongoing projects with our clients - Global MNCs in Singapore - (PERMANENT POSITION) - MULTIPLE OPENINGS
Role : Windows Administrator - Permanent with ITCAN for our global clients
Responsibilities:
1 Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to Service Desk related to Windows and Servers
2 Maintain and Support all Windows Servers meeting SLA of the applications housed
3 Maintain the corporate AD, DNS and DHCP Servers
4 Perform routine support maintenance tasks for critical servers like regular patch upgrade, tape change, review daily & weekly logs, etc
5 Provide consultancy and work with application teams to plan, design and implement infrastructure solution for new project
Requirements:
1 At least 3-4 years of relevant working experiences
2 Have managed Window Servers > 30 units
3 Preferably experience working in a MNC
4 Has support Data Centre and willing to be on 24x7 standby
5 Must be MCSE and MCSA certified
6 Preferably CCNA, MCSA,Security certified as well
7 Must have networking experience and able to troubleshoot as well
8 Familiar with Storage and Servers Virtualization technologies like VmWare, SAN, NAS, etc
9 Able to administer MS SQL Server, IIS, Apache, terminal client, etc
10 Provide technical analysis and consultation to management
11 Take on ad-hoc projects as and when necessary
12 Able to multi-tasks and goal-oriented
13 Good communication skills, resourceful and a team player
14 Strong preference for Japanese speaking candidates
