Re: [EZLINK] I have a basic doubt on H1B pls. share your ideas - need help

Anything can happen.

Possibility 1 - You may get all H1Bs approved. Then you have to choose which one to stamp, since you can stamp only one.

This possibility is quite likely

Possibility 2 - You get one or more H1B approved but others may be queried or rejected. Dont worry. Just look at the ones approved, choose one and go for stamping.

This is the most likely possibility

Possibility 3 - Normally the USCIS will not know that you have applied multiple times. However, they may come to know sometimes. This may happen if more than one H1B petition goes to the same State or same H1B processing office. They then ask you / your petitioners what to do and they inform the petitioners that you have filed multiple applications.

This is the worst case. Very rare and unlikely, but if it happens, there will be a lot of delay because USCIS will try to get all petitioners to drop out so that only one or none is left. If only one is left they will process that one, But the delays can cause you to miss the quota (only 65000 per year now - finishes in 2-3 months ). Also is a bit embarassing since your petitioners will know you have applied thru multiple sources....

Cheers !
