CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER – MOBILE Technology – 25 Positions
Mobile Technology in Internet / Messaging / Payments / Unix
Responsibilities:
· Handling applications support and network support.
· To Suport Customers , develop workarrounds solutions and resolve the issues in specific time frames.
· To provide third party software and hardware installed at customer site.
· Configuration of phone system and troubleshooting of faults.
Requirements:
· Min. Diploma level (preferred with engineering e.g. Communication, Electrical, Electronics or IT background)
· Good knowledge in HP-UX / Solaris / Linux , SQL
· Telco product knowledge
· Knowledge in mobile networking technologies.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in scripting is a plus.
· Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
