Origem Solutions has Openings for Wintel Systems Administrator to
join us On a Permanent basis.The details Of the requirement are as
follows:-
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
System installation, configurations and testing ;
System upgrading and patching ;
Security hardening and patching ;
Systems administration, maintenance, backup/restore, performance
tuning ;
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation ;
Handle 2nd level escalation from Helpdesk ;
Coordinate with external parties and customers for problem
resolution ;
Identify, propose & execute improvement initiatives ;
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma in Computer Science, E. Engineering or related
field ;
At least 5 years of Windows Server OS ranging from NT, Win2K &
Win2003 ;
Experienced in MS Active Directory & MS Clustering ;
Experienced in various backup software i.e. Arcserve, Netbackup,
Backupexec and TSM
Experienced in other OS related topics eg. DHCP, DNS, Proxy etc ;
Technical certifications in MS OS eg. MCSE 2000, MCSE 2003, MCSA or
MCP
Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision ;
Good initiative and communication skills ;
Tactful, pleasant personality, a team player.
Good spoken and written English.
ADVANTAGE
Experienced in a vendor environment with frontend interaction with
customers ;
Experienced in other MS products eg. SMS, MOM
Experienced in IBM Blade Server and IBM Director software
Any other technical certifications eg. Network, Security etc.
Experienced in setup and support Critix server
Experienced in setup and support VMware
Working experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS)
