We are looking for the suitable candidate for the post of Data Center – Operations Specialist.
The Role & Requirements are as follows
• To provide data center operations services to customers
• To meet and possibly exceed all SLAs set
• To maintain excellent levels of customer service at all times
Perform computer room operations, which includes batch processing, backups, handling input and output media, online monitoring accordingly to procedural instruction or standards guideline. Assist the Senior Systems Operator/Shift Leader in co-ordinating the overall computer room operations.
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven IT support and service skills in multiple OS platforms
• Good spoken English
• Customer Focus
• Results Oriented
• Computer Literate
• At least 1-2 years related working experience for computer operator and minimum of 3 years related working experience for senior computer operator
• Platforms Operating knowledge of either UNIX, AS400. MVS and NT Servers
Educational Qualification:
• Minimum O Level or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable college/university.
WORKING HOURS: Shift Duties
Singaporean/ PR/ DP & EP holders will be given preference.
