Hi friends,
I called up Jet Star for Name change request.
They told me that they will charge sgd 40 as fee plus the excess fare differance.
So when the call center lady tried to check the fare difference,she did not find any available flight.
So she said to me that she need to wait untill she finds an available flight to check the current fare!!!!
So ridiculous!!
Anyway I have to wait untill I get to know what is the fare difference so that they can transfer the ticket to new name.
