Terms & Conditions for Handset Voucher (important points reproduced here)

4. You must not be under existing bill rebate contract.
5. Offer is available only at Hello store. It is not valid with other
promotions or premiums which may be offered at the Hello store. Good
for one-time redemption and for one phone only. Only one voucher is
allowed per transaction.
6. For purchase of handset less than voucher value, any remaining
value can be used to purchase of accessories or other items available
at Hello store provided if it is purchased at the same time as the
handset and is listed in the same receipt.
7. Trade-in is available only with eligible handset models by hello
store.
8. The customer agrees that the offer is also subject to singtel's
general terms and conditions of service and specific terms and
conditions for singtel mobile which may be viewed at www.singtel.com
or are available from singtel mobile on written request, including any
amendments singtel mobile or singtel mobile may make from time to time
to those terms and conditions.
