We are very glad to let you know that there is going to be a Children's
ISHA Yoga program in Singapore. It will happen from 8th to 17th of
December 2006 at Ceylon Sports Club, 101, Balestier Road, Near Farrer Park
MRT.
The goal of this yoga program is to bring an element of yoga, or unity,
into a child's everyday life. Through simple practices of breathing
exercises and Asana, yoga can bring discipline into their life and a sense
of belonging to the whole. The resulting expression as a loving and joyous
person can become the child's foundation for a successful life. The aim of
Isha Yoga Children's Program is to help the child flower into his natural
potentialities.
The Program is structured for 10 days and is of 2 hours duration. An

Isha Yoga programs for children [and adults] have been happening in
Singapore for the last one year and participants have been immensely
benefitted. We invite the children of DPS International School to
