[EZLINK] Job Opening for SQA(CMM) Professionals

Hello All,
One of our MNC banking clients has an urgent
requirement for SQA (Software Quality Assurance)
professionals. Details as follows:
Experience: Between 3-5 Years
Job Type (Contract / permanent): contract
Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable at the end of one
year)
Role:
- Implement the CMMI processes in the department
- Review standard templates and recommend changes that
will fit the department's development and
documentation requirements
- Perform process review to ensure that the CMMI
processes are followed and collect data and prepare
adhoc/ monthly metrics reports
- Analyse metrics and make recommendations for process
improvement and involvement in initiatives that will
improve the development processes
Desired Profile:
- 3+ years experience in IT development environment
- Knowledge of development Processes and documentation
and experience in CMM Integrated
- Knowledge and experience in Metrics collection
(Software development) and analysis
- Very comfortable with Internet
- Strong in Excel, Word and some experience with
Microsoft Project and Microsoft Powerpoint
- Banking experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
