Main Duties and Responsibilities
Testing, Analysis
Would be expected to carry out all aspects of the test cycle and
coordination of UAT
Motivation

• Must have strong knowledge of the software quality lifecycle.
• Must also be able to maintain testing standards and ensure that
they are adhered to, as well as proactively trying to add to these
standards whenever possible.
Overall should be confident, enthusiastic and proactive.
Qualifications/Education Required
Educated to Degree level 1st class or 2:1

Experience Required
Essential technical requirements:
• Must be able to demonstrate strong business skills
• Minimum 3 years testing experience
Experience Preferred
• Previous work on a front office trading application
• Experience with e-commerce systems
• Experience gained in Foreign Exchange Cash & Options and or Money
Markets
• Experience of structured testing methodology
• Straight through processing knowledge
• At least 2 years investment banking experience
Skills / Aptitude Required
• Customer focused – Must have very strong customer service skills
and be keen to deliver a first class service
• Results driven – Able to deliver good quality accurate solutions to
tight time-scales
• Conscientious – Always give 100% to tasks assigned
• Versatile – Able to multi-task

• Able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
Must understand the software development life cycle. Realise the
importance of the different levels of testing and always ensure
deadlines are met.
