Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Control integrity of data in systems (GMIS, Book Static &
Provisions Database) i.e. responsible for setting/ amending/deleting
permissions, ensuring consistency with general ledger, collation of
provisions info for loading etc…
• Trader Mandate system administration.
• Statistical Analysis around Backtesting & GMIS submissions (Daily &
monthly reporting)
• Loading of information i.e. budget / forecast / SAP MTD/YTD
revenues in GMIS.
• Dealing with new report requests in GMIS
• Global ownership of GMIS Reporting website.
• Maintain Book Static data parameters and hierarchies.
• Consolidate MIS Pnl sign off and follow-up with respective Product
Controllers for update of Status.
Qualifications/Education Required
• Degree qualification, in addition to vocational experience.
Qualifications/Education Preferred
• University degree
• Exposure to accounting and finance functions.

• Diligent self-starter
• Tenacious and control focused
• Strong team ethic
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience Preferred
• Ability to understand system functionalities.
• Worked in a multi tasking environment.
Skills / Aptitude Required
• SAP and BW, good MS Excel and MS Access skills
Skills / Aptitude Preferred
• Spreadsheets maintenance and MS Access database working knowledge.
