Re: [EZLINK] How to India citizens apply for jobs in Singapore
Hello there,
Do not get so heated up dear. Just read my mail again.
I never said all Indians are working on lower wages. I just said, most
Indians do. Unless they are working in specialised fields (like the list you
have mentioned SAP, ORACLE .....) where there is manpower shortage in
Singapore.
Otherwise, it won't simply make any business sense. Right???!!!
Again, I do agree Indians might have more savings. Just because their
primary motive to come out of India is to do big savings. And for this, they
are sometimes willing to sacrifice on lifestyle, which they would have never
done back home.
Also, do realize, most Indians working in IT are technical and low-level
staff and as you move the corporate ladder, you will know that are indeed
salary differences....
But again, that is just my opinion...
Others are welcome to "gracefully" debate on this (NO RUDE COMMENTS PLEASE)
:)
