[EZLINK] Re: Regarding Notary

Hi

You may get the Power of Attorney papers done in India by any
advocate known to you according to your specification .ask your
people to courier 2 sets of the documents ,you just sign the papers
witnessed by 2 other people and get the papers attested by the
Indianhigh commission here in Singapore.the fees for attestation is
S$40,you will have to present 2 passport size photographs.Retain one
copy with you and courier the other one.It becomes a valid legal
instrument
