in the year 2002 to provide whole sale VOIP services
to as a proprietor company. As the business expanded
with client base in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong,

company was to provide wholesale services to large
companies until late 2006 with the main focus as

The following services are offered by the company.
1. Phone to Phone
Registered users can use phone to phone services in
Singapore. This service is available from 1st week of
October 2006.
2. PC2Phone
Users can download our dialer software from
http://202.95.68.171/pc2phone.msi and install it on
their pc to use our services.

3. Callback
Callback is cost saving service where user would like
to use their mobile to make IDD calls. It is very
convenient and cost saving method, when our call
charges to your mobile are much less than the mobile
operators call charges.
Example: Singapore mobile operators charge 15 to 20
cents for a local call, our callback user will be
charged only 2.5* cents per leg for a call to
Singapore (* as per the prevailing rates). So our
callback user saves 12.5 cents at least when he uses
our call back service for each minute of the call for
IDD call.
Call back service can be activated using user's user
id and password through our web url :
http://202.95.68.171/sms/trigger.aspx. User can
activate the callback in the below format.
U stands for user id
P stands for password
O stands for originator of the call
D stands for destination call
Example: User would like to call our helpdesk no
90234425 in Singapore from his mobile phone 9xxxxx
where the user id is abc and password is xyz. He will
type the following matter in the web (2nd text box in
the web page http://202.95.68.171/sms/trigger.aspx)
and click on send.

Please note that the country code is compulsory even
for local call to Singapore.
4. Device to Phone
Registered user who have internet and have their own
VOIP device can register their H323 or SIP device with
our system and make calls to any country.
This solution is useful for small and home offices
where more than one user of the office would place IDD
calls simultaneously. Devices can be of 2 port to 30
port or more based on the requirement of the
organization or individual.
5. Service and Support
