Required:-
a. Experience of full development lifecycle - essential
b. Experience with .Net framework ( C#, ASP.NET 2.0, VB.Net) , SQL
Server, XML, Java framework
c. MS SQL and Oracle
Nice to have:-
a. Workflow based systems development
b. Expert systems
c. IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems
d. I understand these capabilities are rare, so they?re non-essential.
