of our friends is repatriated back to India, we are searching for a
flat mate to move into the Master Bedroom. The individual will have
to share the apartment with 2 occupants who are HR Professionals
working at Raffles Place.

Distance from MRT : 5 Steps !! ( U better check it yourself to
believe it )
Condo Facilities : Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Barbeque Pit, Zym, Tennis
Court, Reading Room,Putting Greens, Karaoke & Home theatre room
Unit Facilities : Common Hall to share ( TV, Star Hub Cable) ,
Kitchen ( Gas, Refrigerator & Microwave ), Washing Area ( Washing
Machine & Dryer )
Room Facilities : Spacious Master Bedroom with a double bed, Own
Bathroom, Wardrobe, Pool facing and unobstructed view of the city.
Utilities: All utilities would be shared equally amongst all members.
Flatmates : 2 HR Professionals, Indians. Open to any Nationality and
Gender.
Move In Date : 14/15th Oct 2006.
Rent : SGD 900 for the Master Bedroom (single occupancy).
