Coming Back to your Points of Justice.
the owners in singapore have had bad experienced renting out their clean hdb flats to people mostly foreigners ( no offense) but they return it in a vey bad conditions.. .
so the next incoming tenants have to pay the price....as the owners have lost trust!
True , True very true. the owners have a bad experience of renting out to people who later damage thier beautiful apartments. But may i ask , why must the new tenant have to pay the price for the renovation. and wat would be the role of the agent here. iam sure the agents or owners will have the photocopied IC's of the previous tenants. CHASE THEM DOWN. Y MUST NEW TENANT PAY FOR IT. or should i say agents role here is only to identify, switch hands and gone forever.
secondly,most of the highly educated foreign talents want the furniture to be new n i mean brand new which the owners have to provide...of course they have to ask a high rental if you are being demanding... sorry to offend anyone but its true...
True, if the tenants need new one they must buy new one and later sell the new ones which they have bought from their money. Right Rajesh, I guess you have missed the point. But if the owners want to keep the new furnitures themselves after the tenants vacate, y must the tenants pay for that. Sorry no offence.
also,if u think the agents are corrupt and are playacting with all due respect please do not approach them...but do remember that most of the house owners are unwilling to negotiate directly to the foreingners as they feel insecure...
the main thing here is we do not know whom to trust. its is not that all the agents here are play acting, but some do. if life was so easy, like if we could find out from the agents forehead that they are playacting, why would we approach them. come one buddy, it is again a matter of trust. sometimes we trust the wrong guy.
you only have to blame ur fellow foreign talents who had abused the owners trust before..please do not accuse the agents as u wish...
One situaition: My friend is spending most of his time between office and police station. the reason being, he was being cheated by a agent who is registered in a reputable organization. the agent has accepted a advance from 5 guys for a single house. later he gave the house to the person who paid the highest advance. whom to blame here, the guy( your so called foriegn talent) who gave the advance or the agent who took the advance from 5 different people.
please get ur fact right before embarking on such emails which bring a false bad reputation the house agents here in singapore.....
Soo Sorry my friend, but this the fact that is happening here from the housing agents in singapore.
Note: iam not accusing all the agents here, there are some reputable agents like Dennis Wee, ERA and so on.

next, units near to any mrt stations or near to the commercial areas are demanding.u cant expect to pay a few bucks to rent a hdb at a demanding place do u?
