[EZLINK] Opening for Tier 3 Technical Support
Dear Professionals,
We are looking for out for the position of Tier 3 Technical Support
for our MNC client. This permanent position is based in singapore.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* The on-going administration and troubleshooting of MPLS/Frame
Relay/ATM based global WANs
* Handle escalations from the Network Operations team and provide
Tier III support on technology and troubleshooting (primarily Cisco
based)
* Own problem/assignment through to resolution/completion and ensure
closure (this will be one of the key performance metrics for this
role)
* Network performance audits & analysis with capacity planning &
also design enhancements and network configuration where needed
* There will be a significant level of participation needed in
global efficiency enhancing projects as announced from time to time.
* Provide training on relevant technology/product areas
Requirements:
* Should have advanced level of knowledge in Internetworking, IP
routing protocols, WAN troubleshooting for Frame Relay/ATM/MPLS/IP
VPN based networks
* Should have a high level of experience in the on-going
administration and troubleshooting all aspects of Cisco's range of
Internetworking (Routers, LAN/WAN Switches) and Network Management
products.
* Diploma or Degree in Computer Science with at least 4 years
relevant work experience
* Cisco certification is preferred. This requirement can be relaxed
if the relevant job experience and technical expertise is very rich.
