Job description:
· First and second line support for the end users in the front office, trade support, operations, legal/compliance, reference data control and other departments.
· Problem troubleshooting.
· Bug fixes, and other development work as the workload permits
Required Skill
· Proficient in writing SQL queries - 2+ years of solid experience on Oracle/Sybase
· 2+ years of system support experience under Windows/ Unix
· Familiarity with Perl and Unix shell scripting.
· Windows
· MS Office
· Experience in Market Data Server is a MUST
