Hi.
You can try Tejas recomendations. and also It could be a problem with your computer Power supply, if tht is the case you may need to replace your computer SMPS (cost you S$40 approx) may resolve this issue.

Hi Mr Raaj,
My friend had a similar problem. I believe there may be two reasons for this. Firstly your computer may have had a serious virus attack. Another more possible reason is that there is a problem with either your power point that your computer is connected to or the part of the computer which receives the electric feed from the point is messed up. I will ask my friend for more help. Meanwhile, i hope my information has been useful.

Thejas

Dear Group,

My PC (4 Years old) is recently shut down due to black out in our home due to fuse drop. After that when I restarted my PC its shutting down automatically after around 30 mins. Once its shut down, when I try to restart it will NOT restart until I switch Off and On power point switch. And again after 30 mins PC shuts down.

I don't know whether its a coincidence with black out.

Did anyone faced this problem earlier or if have any idea on the problem please reply me.

Thanks in anticipation. ......... ......... ....

PC Configuration:

Intel PIII mother board with 512 MB RAM.
