[EZLINK] I need some clarification on H1B stamping
Hi All,
I am working in Singapore with EP status for the past 31 months along with
my family. I got my H1-B approved and they mention Chennai as Consulate in
the approval notice (I-797C).
I do not have reason to visit to India now and would like to get stamped in
Singapore itself. Please help me to clarify below list of queries.
1. Can i go for stamping in Singapore consulate directly for me and my
dependents? Are there any preprocess to change of consulate?
2. Is there any additional document required from my company for my
dependents visa?
3. If Singapore embassy asks me to go to Chennai while interview, should I
need to pay the application fee again in Chennai to get the appointment?
4. Is the application fee applicable for all my dependents?
5. Is there any difference in procedure in Chennai compared with
SingaporeEmbassy?
6. How long I need to wait to collect the passport from Chennai embassy?
