Hi,
Income Tax is based on calendar year in Singapore, hence Jan to Dec.
Also, for 60 or less days in year, no tax. So for your case no tax.
If you intend to contact IRAS for clarification. Instead of talking
to the IRAS officer, I suggest that you write to them for
clarfication. So, that you will have reply in black and white.
