Business Transformation Consultant - Federal Financial Mgmt
Primary Skills:
Lead the work on developing shared services processes for HR across
mutiple organisations through studying as-is processes, developing to-be
processes, supporting a fit analysis of various ERP applications to
support these processes and develop business case for selection of
package and choice of in-house / outsourced implementation.
Work closely with client personnel from multiple organisations,
develop present and create buy-in for deliverables. Work with other
streams (Finance & IT) in providing a consolidated solution to client
