[EZLINK] IMMEDIATE OPENING- BPM Solution Architect

Hi all,

We have an immediate opening for BPM Solution acrhitect for our client with the following requirements:

·       Experience as a Business Process Lead and/or Solution Architect in complex projects – at least 2 large scale projects (document volumes in millions, thousands of users, multiple workflows mapping to hundreds of business processes) involving multiple technologies such as imaging, document management and enterprise application integration

·       Domain expertise and experience in advising clients on best practices and implementation approaches in specific vertical industries – preferably in banking and government

·       Scoping, sizing, designing, implementing and supporting complex BPM projects using solutions from Pegasystems, Lombardi, FileNet, Tibco Staffware (preferred) etc.

·       Experience in integrating to other 3rd party software and applications such as imaging and document capture tools, encryption tools, enterprise application integration platform, legacy applications etc.

·       Knowledge and experience in one or more technologies including Oracle RDBMS, J2EE (EJBs, Servlets), .NET, MS-SQL Server, ASP etc.

·       Experience in documenting, analyzing, improving and mapping business processes to the solution to achieve the desired automation

·       Solution architecture and design experience using Rational and/or other methodologies preferred
