[EZLINK] Looking for job as technical writer

I request all of you again kindly to help me get pointers for Technical Writing jobs in singapore for my frnd who is already in Singapore . The person has done MCA and has over 2 years of exprience as technical writer. Also I would like to have views from all of the esteemed members if there are no options for technical writing here in singapore.
