[EZLINK] Need a 3Room or 4Room HDB for buying.
Hi ,
I am looking for a 3 room or 4 room HDB for buying. Any home-owners looking
at selling their flats are welcome. Agents are also welcome. Details are
below:
Basically i want a 3A, 3NG, 4S or 4i types preferred. 3i is also okay but
not so preferred.
Areas in order of preference Bendemeer rd, Boon Keng, Towner Rd, Mc Nair Rd,
Haig Rd, Sims Drive, Aljunied Crescent, Paya lebar, Aljunied, Lavender,
Kovan, Farrer park, Little India, Serangoon mrt/central. In and around these
areas is also okay. Preferably
Requirements - Must be on lift level, Ethnic eligibility (Indian can buy) -
pls chk on this before calling me. Prefer high floor (10 and above), facing
north or east, Basic renovation done (tiles, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe). I
prefer buying a fully renovated house, don't prefer original or run-down
conditions. I will not buy a house in very original condition or run-down
condition, so pls don't arrange viewing for such houses.
Don't mind paying slightly above valuation for a fully renovated house, if
required! Budget 170-220k.
