Probably its possible thru starhub. You need to take maxonline
internet connection which comes with free digital voice home and
digital voice travel (dvt). FOR dvt they give you a ILD device using
which you can connect from broadband to analog phone anywhere in the
world. this ILD device will be given a singapore no. which in turn
can be used for two way communication with any singapore number. ILD
device cost 93 dollars. Apart from that there is no otherway i guess.
