Skillset Requirements
1) 3-5 years of IT experience
2) Experience in Insurance domain
2) Web Applications
3) Java/J2EE
4) MS SQL 2000
4.1) Experience with Analysis Services
5) Sonic MQ
6) Silverstream (OPTIONAL)
Reponsibilities
Application maintenance, support and enhancement of
J2EE/Silverstream apps
1) Accepting cases
2) Conducting investigation and/or research on reported problems
3) Simulating the reported problems
4) Ensuring that calls are resolved within the SLA
5) Debugging of code
6) Code corrections
7) Unit testing of code
8) Finding solutions for the reported problems
9) User communication and
10) Updating Issue Management System
