[EZLINK] Wanted- SAP Basis Consultants(Permanent Position)

Dear All,

We have a hot openin for SAP BASIS Consultant with the following requirements:

To maintain and support to SAP 3.1, 4.0 and 5.0 both systems and infrastructure to support business operations and requirement, as well as provide 2nd level support to daily operations.

BASIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.                   To maintain and monitor database performance and availability to ensure conformance to corporate and customer's SLA.
2.                   To manage vendor effectively and efficiently to achieve required results within short period of time for all relevant project implementation.
3.                   To provide day-to-day monitoring, control and support for SAP operations, namely user id management, transport, spool maintenance, printer setup, file system extension, job scheduling and authorization management.
5.             To enforce and deploy SAP Support Packages following standard change and release management process.
6.             To maintain and support UNIX (FTP) scripts for interfacing jobs to SAP.
7.             To administrate and strategize backup operations to ensure minimum backup failure rate and maximize backup using Nature Backup, BRTools and HP Data Protector.
8.             To administrate the restore and recovery of SAP and databases in the event of disaster and data corruption.
9.             To evaluate and recommend right technology to provide cost effective solutions and improve the competitiveness of the company.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent,  preferable in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Three (3) years experience in SAP Basis Component and in HP-UNIX and Sun Solaris environment will be an advantage.
Good analytical and interpersonal skill  are definite advantages.
