Currently we have Urgent Opening for the MNC Client for the below equirement Location Singapore.
Requirement is as follows:-
Non-IT Helpdesk
1) At least 1 year experience in a call-centre environment
2) Some basic IT info to provide basic IT assistance
3) Excellent Customer Service attitude
4) Fluent in English & Tamil at advantage
5) MUST be willing to perform shift-work
7) Fresh are welcome
Budget (all inclusive): depending on individual's experience / profile
