Hi,
You can take passport photos at the PLAZA next to Funan the IT mall. go to the back entrance of Funan IT mall(Back entrance is very near to the toilets on the first floor/mcdonalds). Then get out of funan and take a left, walk towards the nearest traffic light. You will pass 2 small escalators on your left as you walk towards the traffic light. Descend and there is a small photo shop there. That is where you can get your US visa photos taken.
