You may visit www.immi.gov.au for more info. You may also call the aussie embassy in SG @ 68364100. If i'm not wrong, you have to personally go there n apply as u are holding Indian passport. Before that check out the details by calling them.

2. Do we need to approach an Agent for better processing?
3. What all details/documents we need to submit? (Medical, Insurrance,
Financial etc.. )
4. Whats the rejection ratio? I meant, is it very tough to get a visa for
Aus.
5. If we have Friends in Australia, providing Information or letter of
Invitation.. will that be helpful?
