Responsibities:
Map and develop multi-level and multi-function relationships (CIO, IT
Operations and Business Unit Leaders)
Good business acumen with an understanding of customer's business
drivers Good experience in client mapping and account management
Demonstrate ability to gain customer trust and provide exceptional
follow-up, leading to increased repeat and referral business.
Influence and manage the internal interfaces with various functional
resources to ensure timely and effective delivery.
