[EZLINK] PeopleSoft HRMS development (v8 and above), -urgent requirement

Technical Advisor/Senior System Analyst/System Analyst

Responsibilities:

* Primarily responsible for software applications
development on PeopleSoft HRMS, which includes user requirement
gathering and analysis, application design, development, as well as
testing and implementation.

* Besides leading and managing a team of developers and
vendors, and ensuring that software specifications, project schedules
and software applications meet users' needs and expectations, should
also maintain awareness of the latest industry/market technology trends,
and suggest applications for timely, effective and quality solutions to
users across the Asia Pacific region.

* In addition, should maintain departmental and company
standards in terms of development methodology guidelines.

* Assist in transferring of technology and/or application
know-how to field support; as well as improve the effectiveness and
quality of systems.

* Other duties include application maintenance and support,
as well as providing training to users.

Requirements:

* Must possess a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in
Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS or a related
discipline.

* At least 4 years' professional experience in software
design.

* Besides being equipped with the knowledge of PeopleSoft
HRMS development (v8 and above), including PeopleCode, Application
Engine, and SQR.

* Must also be proficient in Oracle database, PeopleSoft
application server, web server and process scheduler administration.

* Experience and knowledge of PeopleSoft upgrading, UNIX
administration, as well as UNIX and C programming are highly desired.
