Job Description
Our Client is currently revamping their current HRIS web based
application framework. Urgently looking for enthusiastic individual
who has a passion for new technologies, keen and capable to
experiment with them without any supervision and help, and have a
sharp eye for good design, we want you in our team.
„X Work with the various teams to identify the requirements for the
framework.
„X Recommend new framework and the timeline and rationale behind the
design.
„X Design and develop the main framework so that they can be used by
the development team.
„X Work with the testing team to ensure the framework is well tested.
„X Provide training to the development team on the usage.
„X Ensure complete programmers¡¦ guide is provided.
„X Maintain existing framework.
„X Support issues related to the framework.
Requirements
„X Min 3-8 years of relevant experience
(Based on experience candidates will be considered for senior
position)
„X Degree or master in the related discipline
„X Excellent knowledge and extensive experience in using design
pattern
„X Extensive experience in Java Programming
„X Extensive experience in Javascript and HTML.
„X Experience with at least one of the following: Servlet, XSL
„X Experience in Eclipse Integrated Development Environment and
Jasper Reports
„X Experience in Oracle Database and Object Relational Mapping
Concepts
„X Knowledge of Rational Rose an added advantage
„X Should have very good knowledge and understanding of Web
applications
„X Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
„X Passionate, Team Player and has self motivated
