Storage Administrator – Mainframe & Open System (Contract)
Major Job Responsibilities
· Plan, install and maintain storage subsystems and related
software products to ensure optimal performance of the environment for
SAN.
· Provide 24 x 7 support for SAN / applications and problem
resolution.
Pre-requisites
· Basic Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or
related fields.
· Minimum 3 - 5 years in disk storage management for open
systems – hardware like EMC, HDS, IBM-ESS, Storagetek and EMC
Connectrix and switch connectivity.
· Prior working experience in tape management for backup
software on open systems and mainframe as well as disk management
(EMC-ECC, DFSMS, etc) is required.
