I have 2 *Sr Finacle/Banking Consultant (Direct)* requirements with my
exclusive clients, in Singapore.
Candidate should have *5-8 years of experience*, with good skills in:
# *Finacle Application Architecture*
# *Min 5-8 years of experience in Core Banking consulting in the following
areas: Deposits/Lending/Customer Management*
*Overall responsible for:
*# Managing Change Request process including managing and negotiating with
implementer, confirming solution and reasonableness of estimates
# Managing user expectation, managing overall scope and impact to schedule
resulting from the change request
# Responsible for deposits application design
# Manage deposits teams day to day, resolve design issues (process and
application)
# Shaping and leading programs that translate results from business
diagnosis and planning into transformation programs/projects
# Identifying and prioritizing account level value creation opportunities
based on assessment activities and an understanding of client high level
visions, performance gaps, and needs
# Monitoring and managing target value and performance goals (e.g.,
strategic, financial and operations), ensuring planned business outcomes are
achieved and adjusting program if necessary
# Assessing and managing risk throughout all aspects of the business
solution implementation

# Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
